We are responsible for managing Beam's goods and services. We help identify needs, establish budgets, and overall, support team members as they make important purchasing decisions. Then, we help manage the inventory we build.
STUYTOWN RESIDENT EXPERIENCE TEAM
We connect the dots when our residents need help. We troubleshoot issues and make life great in our communities. Got a problem? It happens. We’ve got you covered.
STUYTOWN FACILITIES
Our Public Safety team keeps everyone on our property safe and secure. Our Facilities team, which includes StuyTown Trades, Environmental Services, and our Grounds Team, doesn't just create communities in New York City – we cultivate natural ecosystems, filled with beautiful gardens, fountains, trees, and more. We make sure these environments are not only serving our people, but the earth too.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We're on the front lines each to ensure every home across Beam properties is a place where people can thrive. When our residents are happy, we're happy. From support with household tasks, to planning a soiree, to helping a new roommate move in, this Team's diverse expertise runs the gamut.
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
We serve as the custodians of the business, making sure that all financial records are accurate and complete. We address the needs of residents, vendors, and business partners alike, always aiming to leave "people happier than we found them."
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION/ APARTMENT READINESS
So much goes into creating the perfect home - the right lighting, the best quality appliances, and floors that sparkle and shine. We know this better than anyone and we spend every minute thinking about how to make that a reality for residents. That way, on move in day, their apartment surpasses their expectations. As if that wasn’t enough, we also oversee capital throughout all communities.
LEGAL
We have a dynamic business, with many different teams working in tandem to make city life happier for 30,000 New Yorkers who have different needs. In Legal, we take a people-first approach to ensure everything we do maintains the highest level of quality and compliance.

We build, operate and manage Beam's entire technology ecosystem. From the hardware infrastructure, to the resident portal and leasing application, to the back-office systems we use to run the business, we ensure our customers have a delightful experience while enabling our teammates to deliver world class service.
HEALTH & WELLNESS/LIFESTYLE SERVICES
We know the value of maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle. It's our job to look beyond our apartments to create spaces where all our residents can go to work on their overall well-being. Our team manages our gyms and courts, community spaces, playgrounds, events and much more.
